Atabey 922. Blackmer 1254.- Julia Pardoe (1806-1862) reiste 1835 in Begleitung ihres Vaters uber Portugal, Frankreich und Ungarn nach Konstantinopel, wo sie mehrere Monate verbrachte. Die detailreichen Illustrationen stammen v. W. H. Bartlett (1809-1854) der 1837 sieben Monate an den Vorlagen fur die Stahlstiche arbeitete. - Mit einer Umgebungskarte v.
