Biblia, Das ist: Die gantze Heylige Schrifft Teutsch. D. Mart. Lut. Sampt einem Register und schönen Figuren. (Ffm., Zöpfel, Rasch u. Feyerabend) 1560. Fol. Mit 3 Titelbordüren u. ca. 150 Textholzschn. (meist von Virgil Solis). 14 (von 18) nn., 352, 410 num., 5 nn., 1 w. Bl. Blindgepräg. Schweinsldr. d. Zt. über Holzdeckeln. (Fehlen alle Beschläge u. beide Schließen, berieb. u. best.).
VD 16, B 2747. Schmidt, Illustr. der Lutherbibel 236 ff. - Fehlen 4 Bl. am Anfang (darunter die beiden Portraits der Kurfürsten Friedrich und Ottheinrich). Tls. etw. fleckig u. wasserrandig, tls. etw. wurmstichig, Titel u. mehrere Bl. im Bug unschön mit Tesa geklebt, einige Randläs. - With 3 title borders and approx. 150 woodcuts in the text. Contemporary blindstamped pigskin over wood (clasps missing, rubbed and bumped). Partly somewhat stained and waterstained, partly with worming, title and few sheets taped, few chippings.
